Registration

• Registration reserves a place for the entire session.

• Enrollment is by session, not by individual class.

• Payment is due before the first class.

Trial Classes

• Trial classes are intended to allow families to experience the regular class format before committing to a session.

• Registration following a trial class constitutes enrollment in the full session.

Withdrawals and Refunds

• Withdrawals before the first official class receive a full refund.

• No refunds are available once the session has begun.​

• Registrations may be transferred to another family with instructor approval.

​

Make-Up Classes

• Up to two make-up classes may be used within the same calendar year as the missed class

• Make-up credits have no cash value.

Materials

• Course materials, songbooks, workbooks, notation systems, arrangements, and teaching resources are provided exclusively to enrolled families and remain protected by copyright. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, shared electronically, or resold without written permission.
